Natural and Organic Body Care Disclaimer:

All LBD products are for external use only and should never be taken internally. We know they smell good enough to eat but please DO NOT ingest. If you are pregnant, epileptic, have cancer, liver damage, or have any other medical issue, please contact your doctor before ordering or using any product containing essential oils. Never use products on irritated or broken skin. Some of our products contain nut oils such as shea and sweet almond. Please read label carefully before use of any product to insure you are not allergic to the natural ingredients used. If irritation occurs discontinue use and consult your primary care physician.

 

Shelf Life for Natural/Organic Products:

La Bella Dolce is delighted to offer natural  and organic body care the way nature intended. Due to our naturally derived preservatives, all water-based products should be used within 6 months and all oil-based products used within 6-9 months of purchase to preserve freshness. We're sure that you'll enjoy them so much that they'll be all gone within that time anyway! To help preserve your products keep all products stored in their closed container in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.

 

Meltable Products:

Unfortunately in the hot and sunny summer months, we cannot guarantee that your products will not melt during shipment. Body butters and balms can melt in high temperatures. If you order these products in high temperatures despite our warning and they melt during shipment, you may place in the refrigerator to re-solidify. Generally 10 minutes will do. An alternative way is to ship these addictive products overnight. The effectiveness of the product will not been compromised.

What forms of payments do you accept online? TOP

A: Although our payments are processed thru Paypal's SSL secured server you do not need a Paypal account to shop our site. At checkout simply click on "continue without logging in" . We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Paypal.  

Where are the products manufactured? TOP
A: Our products are proudly manufactured in the USA and distributed from Houston, Texas.

How do I track my order? TOP

A: Immediately after your order is placed you will receive a confirmation containing your order number via email. Upon receipt, visit the order tracking page and enter the email address you used during order placement along with your order number. This will give you up to date tracking information.
 
Can't find your order? Please note it can take upto 12 hours for your order to be updated in our system depending on the volume of orders currently in production. Bare with us, every item is made fresh to order just for you.

A: Absolutely not, our products are 100% cruelty free as well as our raw material supplier sources. We love our furry friends and are passionate about being a completely cruelty free company.

Is it true the La Bella Dolce brand is physician recommended? How? TOP

A: Yes, we are happy to boast that our line is physician tested and recommended. That means a licensed medical doctor has tested the line and has given our brand the seal of approval with an official recommendation! This means the products have been viewed as safe and hypo-allergenic for sensitive skin types. For more information click here.

How long will it take for me to receive my order? TOP

A. We don't want you to wait a second longer than you have to for your package. La Bella Dolce generally has a 2-5 day in-house processing time depending on time of season (i.e. holidays) and order size. We will do our VERY best to ship as quickly as possible within that 5 day period.  Please allow 5-10 days to receive your products. This general estimate includes production and shipping.  View the SHIPPING TRANSIT SCHEDULE map for more info time. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. *Transit to Puerto Rico is 5-7 days.

May I pick up my package instead of having it shipped? TOP

A: All orders placed online are shipped directly to your office, home or hotel for your convenience. Should you care to shop in store please vist our locations page to find a location near you.
 
Can't find one in your area? Refer a location to us through our contact page. Should the retail location meet our vendor requirements we will send them a sample kit and note letting them know they've been referred to us by someone in their area. Nothing to lose, everything to gain...how cool is that?!

Do you ship internationally? TOP

A: We currently only ship throughout the United States.

How can I join the mailing list? TOP

A: At the bottom left side of our home page enter your email address in the mailing list box. After confirming your email address you will be sent an exclusive introductory offer via email at which point you can log on and take advantage of your special savings..it's just that easy!

Do you offer sponsorships & donations? TOP

A: Yes, we are more than happy to offer event sponsorships in the form of gift certificates or gift favors. Although we would love to sponsor every event, due to the overwhelming number or requests we receive throughout the year we require that all requests be submitted at least 8-12 wks in advance of the event date.
 
Please be prepared to provide us with a digital copy of all event information regarding the event, proposal and contact information. Submit your request/proposal here.

How can I redeem my egift card? TOP

A: eGift cards are purchased and redeemed online only with the certificate number/voucher indicated on your certificate. Only one eGift Card may be used per order. Any amount exceeding the total funds available on your card will require a valid credit card to pay the difference.

What is your returns policy? TOP

A: Final Sale for retail and wholesale. Each product is handcrafted fresh either the day of your order or within a few days of receiving your order. Therefore all sales are final and are not subject to return once your package ships. Please be sure of your order prior to check out. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order and it will be our pleasure to correct it.

 
Cancellations: Should you choose to cancel your internet order prior to it shipping your refund will incur a 20% restocking fee. This is due to our products being made fresh to order for all internet orders.

 

Exchanges: Customer will pay shipping and handling fees on any exchanged items. Items that have been purchased may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the package was received but items CAN NOT be used in any way. The seal CAN NOT be broken on the containers. If you're returning a package please use an insured and prepaid method such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Shipping. No C.O.Ds will be accepted. Include your packing slip or a note with your invoice number and the reason for your return. Please email La Bella Dolce for an Exchange Request before shipping with the reason for your exchange.

 
Cash Refunds: Sorry, but La Bella Dolce does not issue cash refunds on opened products. Shipping and handling fees on exchanges are non-refundable.
 
Donated Gifts: Products that are donated as gifts by La Bella Dolce are not subject to exchange or return. This includes gifts donated to fundraiser and charity events, galas, social events, celebrity gifting lounges, industry parties, etc.
 
Online Credit: Occassionally at the discretion of La Bella Dolce an online credit may be issued for exchanged goods in the form of an e-gift card for the cash value of products originally ordered. Shipping and handling will not be included in online credit value. All e-gift cards are sent via email to customer and are redeemable exclusively online. These e-gift cards require approval from LBD management.

What if an item is out of stock? TOP

A: If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be placed on back order automatically and you will be notified of estimated shipping date. Generally, we ship back orders out within 7-10 business days of the original order date. If it's going to take longer than 10 days you will be notified via email on estimated ship time. Please excuse any inconvenience in delay.
