All LBD products are for external use only and should never be taken internally. We know they smell good enough to eat but please DO NOT ingest. If you are pregnant, epileptic, have cancer, liver damage, or have any other medical issue, please contact your doctor before ordering or using any product containing essential oils. Never use products on irritated or broken skin. Some of our products contain nut oils such as shea and sweet almond. Please read label carefully before use of any product to insure you are not allergic to the natural ingredients used. If irritation occurs discontinue use and consult your primary care physician.
Shelf Life for Natural/Organic Products:
La Bella Dolce is delighted to offer natural and organic body care the way nature intended. Due to our naturally derived preservatives, all water-based products should be used within 6 months and all oil-based products used within 6-9 months of purchase to preserve freshness. We're sure that you'll enjoy them so much that they'll be all gone within that time anyway! To help preserve your products keep all products stored in their closed container in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.
Meltable Products:
Unfortunately in the hot and sunny summer months, we cannot guarantee that your products will not melt during shipment. Body butters and balms can melt in high temperatures. If you order these products in high temperatures despite our warning and they melt during shipment, you may place in the refrigerator to re-solidify. Generally 10 minutes will do. An alternative way is to ship these addictive products overnight. The effectiveness of the product will not been compromised.

A: Yes, we are happy to boast that our line is physician tested and recommended. That means a licensed medical doctor has tested the line and has given our brand the seal of approval with an official recommendation! A: We currently only ship throughout the United States.

A: At the bottom left side of our home page enter your email address in the mailing list box. After confirming your email address you will be sent an exclusive introductory offer via email at which point you can log on and take advantage of your special savings..it's just that easy!

How can I redeem my egift card? TOP
A: eGift cards are purchased and redeemed online only with the certificate number/voucher indicated on your certificate. Only one eGift Card may be used per order. Any amount exceeding the total funds available on your card will require a valid credit card to pay the difference.
What is your returns policy? TOP
A: Final
Exchanges: Customer will pay shipping and handling fees on any exchanged items. Items that have been purchased may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the package was received but items CAN NOT be used in any way. The seal CAN NOT be broken on the containers. If you're returning a package please use an insured and prepaid method such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Shipping. No C.O.Ds will be accepted. Include your packing slip or a note with your invoice number and the reason for your return. Please email La Bella Dolce for an Exchange Request before shipping with the reason for your exchange.

What if an item is out of stock? TOP
A: If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be placed on back order automatically and you will be notified of estimated shipping date. Generally, we ship back orders out within 7-10 business days of the original order date. If it's going to take longer than 10 days you will be notified via email on estimated ship time. Please excuse any inconvenience in delay.
