Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: We don't want you to wait a second longer than you have to for your package. La Bella Dolce generally has a 1-5 day in-house processing time depending on time of season, order size and availability. We will do our VERY best to ship as quickly as possible within or before that 5 day period. Please allow 5-12 days to receive your products. This general estimate includes production and shipping. View the SHIPPING TRANSIT SCHEDULE map for more info time. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. *Transit to Puerto Rico is 5-7 days.
Q. How do I track my order?
A: Immediately after your order is placed you will receive a confirmation containing your order number via email. Visit the order status page and enter the email address you used during order placement along with your order number. This will give you up to date tracking information.
Q. May I pick up my package instead of having it shipped?
A: All orders placed online are shipped directly to your office, home or hotel for your convenience.
Q.Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently only ship throughout the United States and territories as well as APO addresses.
